Hypno-Yoga

Hypno-Yoga combines the techniques of Yogic Kryias and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

It works to begin to shed unwanted behaviors, thought patterns, and self-concepts that are not in align with one’s highest truth and replace them with the empowered sense of self.

Hypno-Yoga uses breathing techniques, mantras (words or vibrations that inculcate concentration), mudras (hand gesture which focuses and directs energy in a yoga pose or meditation), and postures to cut through the limited mind and go beyond fears and insecurities. As we release and let go of these energies from the past from the physical emotional bodies,  we reach a state of expansiveness and experience the unlimited infinite self.

Hypno-Yoga is a tool for vibrant living that the person can take with them for the rest of their life. It gives you the impetus to believe in yourself and motivates you to walk a path of health and healing in your life without effort.
