The Art of Raw Food Preparation 

2-day course
8 hours (4 each day)

Day 1
The class begins with instruction in the fundamental principles of raw living foods.  Students will start by learning about the basic tools and techniques for achieving diverse satisfying gourmet meals.  The first day of classes will include non-dairy nut/seed milks and cheese’s, soaking, sprouting, smoothies for you and your children that include adding greens without changing the taste, and starters.

Day 2
We will create a full meal, including starters, entrée, and dessert.  Then we will sit down together to enjoy eating this beautiful meal and answer any questions. Once you have learned the basic technique you will be able to follow any of the numerous raw food recipes that are available both in books and online.
