We love our snacks and our treats!  And though they are high in calories, we do not need to eliminate them from our diet if you choose to use the highest quality ingredients.

Foods we consume have a direct effect on our nervous system and quality of life. You may have noticed that sugar makes your kids hyperactive, and it can change your mood, making it harder to stay centered during those challenging times.  When our nervous system is constantly being stimulated with processed foods infused with devitalizing chemicals and preservatives that lack nutrients, we just crave more, and we eat more.  These “Junk Foods” take more energy to digest, absorb, and eliminate rather than give us true long lasting energy.

I am offering a class that explores the art of preparing irresistible raw food desserts that are charged with energy, nutritious, brilliantly colorful, fast and easy to prepare, outrageously delicious and are simply great FUN to eat!

Moms, Dads, Kids, Cooks, and anyone wanting to eat healthier and eliminate refined and processed food from their diet will benefit from this class. We use excellent natural ingredients as substitutes for the most common Junk foods our children and the Child in us often gravitate towards.  Our recipes are gluten, sugar, flour, and dairy free.
