Classes
‘Un-Cooking’ classes begin with instruction in the fundamental principles of raw foods. Students will start by learning about the basic tools and techniques for achieving diverse and satisfying meals. The first stage of classes will include nut and seed milks, soaking, sprouting, juicing and starters. The second stage classes will offer creative main courses including both Continental and Indian cuisines. Finally, students will learn how to make delicious but healthy desserts.
We also offer basic training in health food and raw food for domestic cooks.
