Hypnotherapy
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses hypnotic techniques to bring about beneficial changes, which helps one achieve a desired outcome. It is a safe, natural, relaxed, state of consciousness that occurs normally in everyone. It is the dreamy, twilight state that happens right before falling asleep or waking up. In this state, the brain wave activity is slowed down, and there is a heightened sense of awareness in which memories can be recalled from the sub-conscious mind.
The subconscious mind is like a computer data bank of information. It computes everything we see, feel, and touch throughout our whole life. It is not discriminatory. Therefore, it takes in truths and untruths. In this deep state of relaxation, memories become easily accessible, uncovering emotions and past events that may affect a person’s conscious mind and actions. In this relaxed state, emotions are more available and negative beliefs can be changed into positive ones, rewriting the program.
The benefit of hypnotherapy is the hypnotherapist guides you through your own self-awareness. Your experience is through “your eyes-only”. You explore with your own mind and see incidents that usually happened to you as a small child that caused some trauma or disbelief in your self. In reviewing these incidents with your adult eyes, you can relook at them, and see the real truth. In this way, the self-healing begins.
What is Cell Command Therapy?
Cell Command Therapy is a healing process of cellular rejuvenations and regeneration through deep relaxation techniques. You remain fully conscious and aware while you are hypnotically assisted allowing your subconscious mind to be open and receptive. By accessing our subconscious thoughts, you can release causes of disease and blockages, and redirect, rejuvenate and restore cells and tissues to their original imprint and coding, and begin working as perfectly and properly as they were originally intended to.
Is Hypnotherapy harmful?
Hypnotherapy is completely safe. It is simply a feeling of deep relaxation. You are always aware of what is gong on, and you are never in any danger or pain. Contrary to some beliefs, you cannot be induced to do anything you don’t wish to disclose. You are in control of your thoughts and you remember everything that occurs in a session.
What does it feel like to be hypnotized?
Most people enjoy the wonderful feeling of peace and relaxation they experience in hypnosis. While your body is completely relaxed, your mind is alert and active. There may be a feeling of heaviness in your limbs or a tingling sensation in your hands. The feeling of being hypnotized is similar to the experience of starting to go to sleep.

“My experience with Hypnotherapy was quite remarkable. It instantly grounded me and elevated me at the same time. I felt very safe and very conscious. One specific technique Dr. Soorya used was so effective that I call upon it daily to remove blocks and create clarity. The greatest benefit is learning a permanent technique that I can use by myself, at any time.”
