Deep Relaxation: It is essential for our bodies and minds to get time off. Thirty-one minutes of deep relaxation can produce the same effects as a good night’s sleep. Included in Dr. Soorya’s Cleanse is one session of relaxing each part of the body until you fall into a deep state of relaxation, or sleep. And at this time, if requested, positive suggestions can be made to aid you in releasing old, negative habit patterns or self-limiting beliefs. When the mind and body are relaxed, the subconscious mind is able to receive new imprints, new suggestions. You can literally ‘re-program’ your subconscious.

Hypnotherapy: As mentioned above, the skillful techniques of hypnotherapy can serve to guide clients into a state of trance. In this receptive state unconscious patterns and beliefs can be re-programmed to support transformational and lasting changes. All of this is offered in a safe, neutral and deeply compassionate environment.

Pranayam and Meditation: Through breathing techniques (pranayam) and meditation, it is possible to go beyond perceived limitations. The dormant Kundalini energy that sits at the base of the spine, is ignited and adds a completely new dimension to the experience of being alive. Meditation is taking the time to make contact with your inner being, observing the nature and activity of the mind, while settling into a zone of stillness, of peace.
